adult community sits

Our Adult Community Sits occur twice a month.  They are a 40 minute blend of guided and silent sitting practice. 

No experience is necessary to attend one of our community sits and you can attend in person or by phone.  

If you attend in person, some cushions and chairs are available, but we recommend bringing your own cushion.  

AT PRESENT, OUR ADULT COMMUNITY SITS ARE BY INVITE ONLY DUE TO LIMITED SPACE (PHONE OPTIONS ARE AVAILABLE!).  IT IS OUR SINCERE HOPE THAT WE WILL FIND A LARGER MORE PERMANENT HOME SOON, WHICH WILL ALLOW US TO OPEN THESE SITS TO THE PUBLIC.

family & Youth sits

Family Sits are for children ages 5 and up accompanied by one or more adults and Youth Sits are classes designed to be taken independently with age-alike peers. The intention behind our Family & Youth Sits is to build self-awareness, focus, compassion, empathy, and gratitude. 

Youth Sit for 5-6 year olds: 30 minute sessions, consisting of a 5 minute guided sit and interactive learning about heartfulness & mindfulness.  

Youth Sit for 7-9 year olds: 30 minute sessions, consisting of a 5-10 minute guided/silent sit and interactive learning about heartfulness & mindfulness.

Youth Sit for 10-12 year olds: 45 minute sessions, consisting of a 10 minute guided/silent sit and interactive learning about heartfulness & mindfulness.  

Teen Sits: coming soon!

Family Sit: 45 minute sessions, consisting of 5-10 minute guided/silent sit and interactive learning about heartfulness & mindfulness.  

Currently, Family & Youth Sits are scheduled upon request.  If you are interested in attending a Family or Youth Sit, and you have a group of 3 or more children interested in attending, please send an email of inquiry to info@mudandskycollective.com.

 

private sits

Private Sits are for those interested in beginning or deepening their sitting practice.  These sits are customized to meet the needs of the individual or group.
